Feeding Instructions
- Horses: 1 - 3 kg per day as part of a balanced feeding program.
- Ponies: 1 - 2 kg per day as part of a balanced feeding program.
- Intake can be adjusted based on condition, workload, and the other feeds used in the ration.
- Feed by weight, not volume.
- Substitute hay 1:1 by weight (e.g., 2 kg hay replaced with 2 kg Cubix).
- For complete hay replacement, feed 1.5% - 2% of body weight per day.
- Example: a 500 kg horse at 2% body weight requires 10 kg hay; substitute with 7 - 8 kg Cubix.
- Can be fed dry or soaked. Soaking is recommended for greedy horses to slow intake.
